1. ATB Circuit
6 minutes

2. RFR Circuit
"The Quickening"
3 rounds for time
400 Meter Run
20 Kettlebell High Pull
20 Dumbbell Push Press

Jerry - We've gotta do this one again cause it was brutal. But, maybe we can wait until it's really hot out.

On a side note, I had "Eye of the Tiger" stuck in my head all day after your Philly story. My cube neighbor wants to have a few words with you...

Jerry, that cold weather tore me up! When it gets warmer I want to workout right next to Stacey, yeah right! Anyway, looking forward to doing it again :)
