Ahhh the pushup, simple but not so simple! I've been playing with the Breakfall pushup for a few days. It's fun and good for the shoulder ROM.

Nice, very nice. I've been doing knuckle pushups because it doesn't hurt my wrist as much. It sucks because I miss doing plyo pushups. Ever since Danny taught me how to do it, that's how I've been doing them for speed.
Jerry, I think we're missing the cross over hand pushups. Of course people are not going to tell you, but after the workout, they're all excited. Yes, I'm talking for the group.
