Workout One:
*3 rounds for time*
Run 400 meters
20 Dumbbell push Press
20 Kettlebell High Pull

Rest 5 minutes

Workout Two:
*3 rounds for time*
Run 400 meters
10 Dumbbell push Press
10 Kettlebell High Pull

fyi...

2nd to last pic is Vin's battle with pukie - It was all water - the brown stuff is leaves/buds - he kissed the Clown at 14:00 (several kisses actually) - got up and finished...

This is Vin's 4th week, he is a 9am regular - good stuff!
