hitting the zone hard core again.. anyone who has slipped ff the wagon can join me. I'm kicking the sweets (not completely) but significantly. Cutting back on artificial sweeteners.

My problem is lack of protein. I am willing to include cheese in my zone as a vegetarian, but if anyone has any ideas for protein other than meat, please let me know. I can definitely use the infor.
