As we start the new year I thought it would be fun to get some "Max" numbers so we can look back and see our progress in 3 months, 6 months, a year. What is most revealing to me is that 9 months ago our list of women that could hit a pullup was very short and oh how the list has grown! (and we add more every month!)

Mastering the kip and adding strength will be what continues to push us to new levels. I have some programming in mind to continue our progress. For our 10+ chinup women grip has become an issue, again something we will work on this year to continue to fuel our performance.
Our list of men with 20+ pullups came oh so close to adding a few names, I look forward to adding these new names on the board real soon!
