At 0600 we shot 5 brand new CrossFitters and 3 Vets through a
"Mashed up Tabata"

20 sec of work, 10 sec of work for 16 intervals
Alternate movements each time:
Squats and Pushups
(8 total minutes)

Then another 16 interval, 8 minute effort:
Push Press and Situps
.
Final 16 interval, 8 minute effort:
Kettlebell swings and Slamball
.

At 0645 we hit some HEAVY 3 rep efforts in the Deadlift and strict press
