Everyone did a great job. Adrienne, when Melanie gets that million dollars I promise to share if she gives me any.

Thumbs up to Sarah who did the Andrea's push press test and was able to do all three exercises strict press, push press, and that jerk something without putting the barbell down or resting. WAY TO GO SARAH!!!

Keturah, you are awesome! 225 lbs is incredible.

It was great to see everyone this weekend at the party, I, uh, had to take a few days off after that night!

Tuesday I did the tabata squat (17) and push press (10 w/ 20 lb DBs) workout from Monday, plus tabata situps which were too embarassing to post!

Today (wed) I did the deadlift workout and the strict press/pp/push jerk from this post. 65 lbs: 5 reps-10 reps-5 reps.
55 lbs: 14 reps-13 reps-10 reps.
no breaks in between sets.

Good luck with FGB this weekend! I'm sorry I will miss it, I'll have my own session down here.
