Fight one more round.
When your arms are so tired that you can hardly lift your hands to press or pull…
Fight one more round.
When your heart pounds through your chest as you desperately gasp for air…
Fight one more round.
When your head spins so fast and that you wish you would pass-out or puke…
Fight one more round.
When that voice inside your head says; “stop, quit, you’re in over your head”…
Fight one more round.
Remembering that the person who always fights one more round is never whipped, not ever…

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

Awesome job everyone! Good luck to those doing FGB on Saturday!!!
I could have done so much better. I am so disappointed in myself. I believe I did better last week at the prep workout than this morning.
Who is doing FGB tomorrow? It doesn't look like there are many more left.

Keturah,
You put forth a great effort, one very close to last week. I have your breakdown from last week and this if you are interested in looking at it.
An excellent group for a Saturday FGB throw down. Keturah, if you're not happy with your score (which is a great score by the way) then workout with us tomorrow. :)
Keturah,
Yeah, I'm not thrilled with my score either. I would have liked to have broken 350, but I also realize a 20+ point jump in a week was probably too ambitious. I'm happy being a 330ish FGB'er for now. For now....
Someone much smarter once said to me: "We all have bad days and good days. Allow yourself the flux. do not destroy yourself because of a bad day, and do not destroy others because they had one... While it is acceptable to have a bad day, it is unacceptable not to train, no to try to get better, not to use the resources available to make sure that wat caused that bad day never happens to you again."
Powerful words, and a powerful performance from everyone this ENTIRE MONTH. Rest smart, and I can't wait to see you all on Monday!
GREAT JOB EVERYONE!! And thanks for the encouragements.
