Max day was a fun day! Sometimes in workouts it's hard to tell how many you can really do... so max day is a nice way to find out. It's also a motivator. I'm not happy with some of those numbers, but I will keep working. When's the next max day? ;)
Looks like everyone is doing awesome! How did the max tests work? Were there any time limits (1 min...or just as many as you can do till you have to stop?)
Oh, and what is a tuck-sit?
Hey Lauris,A tuck-sit is a poorly executed L-sit!Since this was our first attempt at this I allowed knees bent in a tuck not l-sit postion.Did you get the doc I sent and did it help?

Yes Jerry, thanks, it did help. I would do poorly at the L sit, so I would've had to do the tuck sit also.Willie!!!! So good to hear from you, we all miss you. I hope you are having a great time and enjoying Madrid. Are you starting up Cross fit Madrid?
